General information
These sales conditions apply to all sales of goods and services (products) from Kontent LAB to consumers. The terms of sale together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. The terms of sale and other information on Kontent LAB are available in Norwegian and English.
The conditions are numbered consecutively in the event of changes, and it will inform about which version of the sales conditions applies to your order via web-link in your order confirmation. If you are under 18, you must have an adult, such as a guardian, predict the hand for you.
Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Follow the links to these laws if you want more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing.
Where these terms of sale require writing, this is fulfilled by using e-mail, text message to mobile phone (SMS).
Conduct a trade
Carrying out a trade at Kontent LAB is done exclusively via our online store and shopping cart function. When you press purchase on an item is added to the shopping cart to which you will also be transferred. You choose whether you want to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished your trade, you move on from the shopping cart to the checkout. At checkout, you will easily be able to choose the shipping method, payment method, delivery address and more. You will also see the cost of shipping calculated on the basis of weight and package / number.

Buyer: The person who is stated as the buyer in the order and is hereinafter referred to as you or yours.
Ordering and agreement process
Your order is binding when the order is registered online in Kontent LAB online store administration. Kontent LAB is also bound by your order if this does not deviate from what is offered via the online store, marketing or in any other way. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, see further section 11 of the agreement.
Once the order is received, a confirmation of the order will be automatically sent to you. Carefully read the order confirmation when you receive it, and check if the order confirmation is in accordance with the order you need.
Information provided in the online store
Kontent LAB tries to provide good descriptions of the products. However, a reservation is made that typing / printing errors may occur, which may mean that it cannot be delivered in accordance with information provided in the online store, marketing or in any other way. It is also reserved that detailed product descriptions may differ, for example what kind of material is made of / technical details.
Furthermore, the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out, is also reserved, as Kontent LAB largely offers unique beauty products where there are few variants. In sold-out situations, you will receive notifications about this, and you as a customer can choose another product. It is also reserved to cancel your order in case of unforeseen technical errors in modules of the online store solution. If a purchase has been completed, you as a customer have the full right to cancel your order and demand a full refund. Return will then take place to the same card as for payment, if this is used as a payment method.
Payment
The purchase price is settled through a credit card or invoice via Klarna.
When using a card, the purchase price will be charged the same day.
Delivery and delays
Delivery of the products takes place in the way you as a customer have chosen, at the place and at the time specified in the product description. Kontent LAB has the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, in this case when you have received the products in your possession.
On extremely popular products, longer delivery times can occur in periods of up to 90 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package within 14 days and possibly call for the package. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you enter matches the addresses of the population register and Norway Post. You cover new shipping (both ways) if the package is returned due to an unknown address. Make sure that the mobile number and e-mail are correct so that Norway Post can notify you when your package is ready for delivery. You cover return shipping to us and new shipping from us to you for a new product.
Examination of the products
After you have received the products, you should as soon as you have the opportunity to check if the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or if the products otherwise have defects.
Complaints - The Consumer Purchases Act of 21 June no. 34 2002
All products sent from Kontent LAB are guaranteed without defects. If a defect is discovered, the consumer must within a reasonable time and no later than 7 days after receiving the product, after he or she discovered, or should have discovered it, notify the seller that he or she will make a complaint.
Notification of errors and defects in the products can be communicated to Kontent LAB orally or in writing. For evidentiary reasons, it is recommended that the complaint be sent in writing via e-mail specified under the item "Definition of parties".
If there is a defect in the item and the consumer has complained within the mentioned deadlines, the consumer can claim one of the following defect functions.
Request a full refund of the product, return shipping is covered by the customer.
Ask for a similar product at the same price. If the customer on his own initiative implements measures to remedy the defect beyond what can be agreed with Kontent LAB, Kontent LAB does not cover costs for this.
Warranty
Our guarantees follow the rules for goods according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
Complaint deadline
The customer has a 2-year complaint period according to Norwegian law.
Right of withdrawal
The law gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to items purchased in Kontent LAB`s online store. The right of withdrawal presupposes that you notify Kontent LAB within 14 days of receiving the delivery (withdrawal period).
In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be returned in the same condition and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to Kontent LAB within a reasonable time. Any return shipment must be paid for by you. Refund will take place within fourteen days after the product is received from you.

Personal information
In order to make purchases at Kontent LAB, some personal information about you is stored when you do a custom registration. When you complete a trade, your name, address and e-mail address are stored. This information is needed to deliver the goods to you via the carrier you choose, as well as contact you about conditions in connection with the order. Kontent LAB is also required to store this information in connection with accounting, fee handling and any warranty / return handling, so that this history cannot be deleted.
For security reasons, the IP address used to register the order is also stored.
Card numbers for payments are not stored by Kontent LAB beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any problems with debiting, cancellation of reservation and crediting. Our credit card management partners are Stripe.
The online solution uses and requires a cookie in order to register and complete an order. (It is possible to look at products without using cookies.) The web solution also tries to store a permanent cookie that is used to recognize you when you return. This can be deleted by deleting the browser's cash files.
When completing a purchase at Kontent LAB, the customer has a choice of receiving a news e-mail. This can be tips and offers on new unique products, trade fairs and trade fairs that Kontent LAB participates in.
Kontent LAB does not sell or share personal information to third parties, nor does it exchange or pass on such information with third parties.
Prices and delivery
All prices are stated incl. VAT. and ex. shipping, unless otherwise expressly stated. Prices may vary and we therefore reserve the right to change prices as a result of varied prices in the market.
The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and include all expenses associated with the purchase, such as expenses for postage, shipping, packaging, etc.
There are no hidden costs or small-order fees at Kontent LAB and you get a full overview of all costs before you order. Prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. The price you see in the online store and shopping cart will always be the current price for the product.
All delivery times stated must be considered as indicative. Delivery time means the time when the order is received in the online store. Time spent packing and any production will be added before handing in the shipment to the carrier. When time is stated in the number of days, it is meant weekdays and the charterer's time always comes in addition. The right to deviate and or change the stated delivery time is reserved without further notice.
If there have been typing or printing errors of significant size on the part of Kontent LAB, in advertisements or in the online store that is greater than 15% of the normal retail price, Kontent LAB may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders. This applies even if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.
The customer's duties
The person who is registered as a customer with Kontent LAB is responsible for payment of the services Kontent LAB or Kontent LAB partners provide in accordance with these terms. The responsibility also includes others' use of the customer's access, including unauthorized use, as long as it cannot be demonstrated that unauthorized use has been made possible through negligence on the part of Kontent LAB.
Extraordinary conditions
Kontent LAB is only responsible for losses for the item, if errors or defects have been proven. However, this does not apply if Kontent LAB proves that the defect is due to circumstances beyond Kontent LAB's control, and which could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of.
Kontent LAB is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from defects unless the loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of Kontent LAB.
In the case of consumer purchases, the terms cannot be worse than the terms in the law, cf. Act on Consumer Purchases of 2002-06-21 no. 34.
Change in the terms
Kontent LAB reserves the right to change these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation.
Force Majeure
Is Kontent LAB prevented from delivering or making a compulsory delivery or does such a delivery obligation become unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of a similar scope, requisition, seizures, currency restrictions, riots, shortages of means of transport, general shortages of goods, reductions in the supply of power, as well as deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances referred to in this section, Kontent LAB is exempt from all liability other than in complaints and credit it to the defective item's associated purchase price.
Twists and jurisdiction
Twists concerning the terms and conditions and related regulations, falls under regular jurisdictions, with Oslo District Court as the legislative party.
Copyright
All content on these websites is Kontent LAB property and is protected by e.g. copyright, marketing and trademark laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, information about products, including e.g. mention of the products and weight, images / graphics, design and layout and other content on these websites may in any case not be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being expressly permitted by mandatory legislation or with the express prior written consent of Kontent LAB .
